Fashion retailer New Look has launched a new delivery service in partnership with delivery firm DPD which allows users to pick a precise time for their delivery.

Customers can choose any hour between 11am and 5pm within the week after purchase to have their item delivered.

Following a purchase, the customer will be sent a text or email of their pre-determined next day one-hour delivery window, with the DPD Precise service they are able to respond with a preferred date and time.

“New Look is constantly looking at ways to improve our customers‘ online journey. By working with DPD and launching Precise our customers can now select their own one-hour timeslot for next-day delivery – making it seamless, efficient and flexible,” managing director of New Look UK Danny Barrasso said.

It is the second company to sign up to partner with DPD and allow shoppers to use its Precise service following ASOS last month.
