Robin Terrell has stepped down as Tesco‘s chief customer officer after three years to persue a new career direction.

The retail giant‘s chief customer officer joined the company in February 2013 as a multichannel director and served as interim boss for the company in 2014.

Terrell also holds a position as non-executive director at Karen Millen, and has previously held non-executive positions at Wilko, Lazada Group and Monica Vinader.
