Nintendo‘s hotly-anticipated Switch has endured launch chaos today, as all major retailers exhaust their stocks.
Following controversy this week in which many Game pre-orders were cancelled last minute, the video game retailer has also completely sold out in-store.
Furthermore, many people who placed a pre-order with the retailer are yet to receive their consoles.
Customers told the Evening Standard that they received an apology form delivery company DPD, stating that Game had not sent them the stock needed to deliver the items.
Although consoles may arrive later today, many have taken issue with the lack of communication from the retailer.

Game have stated that orders made online today will arrive in the “next couple of weeks”.
This will come a hard hit for the struggling company, which relies on the big hardware releases like this to drive up falling physical media sales.
Amazon has also sold out of the console, stating stocks will be available on Monday (March 6).
This is seemingly becoming a theme for Nintendo, as stock problems plagued the recent launch of the NES mini and the Wii U.
As is common with console launches, prices on eBay have skyrocketed as sellers bid to make an easy profit.
Some consoles are selling for as much as £700, over twice the recommended retail price of £279.99.
