Gant has announced that Brian Grevy will be its new chief executive with immediate effect.
The appointment is a promotion for Grevy, who has been chief marketing officer at the fashion retailer since 2016. Prior to that, he was general manager of training at Adidas.
He succeeds Patrik Nilsson, who departing the business after four years at the helm
Grevy will report to chairman Thierry Guibert.
“Brian has been a key player in the global management team and I am happy to appoint him as CEO,” Guilbert said.
“His understanding of how to transform brands in today’s rapidly changing retail environment has already proven invaluable for growth at Gant.
“Looking ahead, his passionate leadership and boundless curiosity will be vital as we embark on the next stage of the Gant journey.”
