// Justine Thompson appointed to newly-created role of Head of Asset and Facilities Management
// Jill Tofalos appointed Head of Customer Service Operations

Studio.co.uk has announced three new senior hires to its Accrington head office to help accelerate the growth of the business.

The three senior appointments include Ian Smith as the new head of IT strategy and architecture, Justine Thompson in the newly-created role of head of asset and facilities management, and Jill Tofalos as head of customer service operations.

The three bring with them extensive retail and customer experience from brands including Marks & Spencer, Littlewoods and Natwest.

Their appointment also follows last year’s appointment of Claire Hill from Boohoo as customer experience director and Chris Chalmers as marketing and digital director.

These appointments come as Studio.co.uk, the trading name for Express Gifts, experiences considerable growth.

It recently recorded an eight per cent uptick in revenue and market share gain, along with 70 further new employees and significant investment in digital technology.

“Ian, Justine and Jill will be valuable additions to an already brilliant team,” Express Gifts managing director Paul Kendrick said.

“We are looking forward to seeing the new directions this fresh talent will steer us towards as we continue with our ambitious plans for the future.”
