Ted Baker names ex-Hobbs CEO Meg Lustman as one of two new board members

Ted Baker has appointed Meg Lustman and Fumbi Chima to its board as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Lustman has more than 35 years’ experience in the retail sector and is a former chief executive of Hobbs.

She currently supports chief executives and senior leaders in an advisory capacity and serves as vice chair at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Meanwhile, Chima is currently chief information officer at BECU, a US-based credit union, and is also a non-executive director of Whitbread.

Her career has also included senior roles at Adidas, Fox Network Group, Burberry, Walmart and American Express.

“While still early in its transformational journey, the brand is regaining confidence and I’m excited to see the customer reaction to the strengthening proposition.”
