Wayfair has appointed a new head of Europe to replace Martin Reiter following his planned departure.

Dr. Jens Uwe Intat will join Wayfair and will be based at the company’s European headquarters in Berlin.

Intat joins Wayfair with a 30 year track record scaling ecommerce businesses including Amazon Germany.

Prior to joining Wayfair, Intat spent five years as an executive leader for Amazon Germany, overseeing divisions including Consumer Electronics, PC, Office, Kitchen, Home Living, Lawn and Garden, and Home Improvement.
