TK Maxx and Homesense owner TJX Europe has revealed two senior leadership changes within the company.
TJX Europe president Louise Greenlees has been promoted to a global TJX role as group president, with responsibility for TJX Europe, TJX Australia and the Global Buying Offices.
Prior to joining TJXE, Greenlees worked in buying and merchandising before moving into leadership roles at Arcadia.

In 2010, she joined TJX Europe as managing director of Homesense and following other executive roles including managing director of TK Maxx, became president of TJX Europe in early 2015.
During her tenure, TJX Europe said its business has continued to “grow successfully” across its six European markets, instore and online and across our two brands.
TJX Europe chief operating officer Michael Munnelly has been promoted to president.
In 2000, Munnelly joined TJXE as a merchandise planner from UK high-street chain, Tie Rack.
He became the group director of merchandising & ecommerce in 2018.
In 2020, he became chief operating officer and guided TJXE through logistical and operational challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
TJX Companies revealed in early March that it would sell its 25% stake in the Russian value retailer Familia following Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.
