In pictures: Inside Asos’ first-ever physical stores in Nordstrom

Online fashion giant Asos has launched its first in-store collection with Nordstrom, marking its first bricks-and-mortar presence anywhere in the world.

Asos ranges will initially be available in 10 Nordstrom stores including in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas and Chicago, and on the US department store’s website. The store-in-stores will carry a more than 650 styles across womenswear and menswear with an average price point being below $100.

The Asos store-in-store follows the launch of the Topshop brand – which the online retailer acquired last year – in Nordstrom stores last summer.

Nordstrom’s LA store will have an ‘Asos/Nordstrom at The Grove’ experience, which will allow shoppers to make customisations, such as patchwork and monogramming, and alterations to their Asos clothes.

Nordstrom will introduce a new range of Asos styles each month both in-store and online.

This isn’t the first time Nordstrom has brought a digital-first brand to physical stores. The retailer has brought popular brands like Khloe Kardashian’s Good American and 11 Honoré to its department stores in the past.
