M&S has been ranked as the UK’s best brand based on overall brand health, impression, quality, value, satisfaction, and reputation.

The rankings are based on the index score from YouGov’s annual Global Best Brand Rankings.

M&S secured a score of 46.5, gaining the top spot overall – up from second place last year – as well as topping the high street retailer, fashion retailer and supermarket categories.

“M&S has always offered quality worth every penny and I’m so pleased that customers are recognising not just the strength and quality of our brand and products but the trusted value they get when they shop at M&S.”

Other retailers among YouGov’s latest Global Best Brand Rankings include Ikea coming in at third place, John Lewis in sixth place, and Boots in seventh.
