Job Description

A leading beauty manufacturer based in London is currently looking for a National Account Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio of their top brands. The company operates across a number of FMCG categories including fragrance and skin care. The purpose of the role is to build and maintain commercial relationships with the account you will manage to grow business for the company. You will strive to maximise profitability of your accounts while meeting volume and value targets that fall in line with your division’s strategy. There are also line management opportunities available to manage National Account Executives and Management Trainees. Key Responsibilities: * Take full responsibility for Profit and Loss on your account and ensure excellent customer service to grow business * Develop effective sales and marketing solutions to build strong business presentations for account development * Work with marketing teams to deliver brand messages that also compliments customer strategy * Work with category teams to advise and develop strategic direction of your account You will possess the following skills and experience: * Strong analytical ability * Experience of national account management within the beauty industry * Advanced presentation and communication skills * Have excelled in a fast pace sales culture and possess strong commercial awareness * Possess confidence and ability to remain organised and prioritise. You will be a confident leader, with a flair for innovation in order to build successful business strategies and management experience to mentor account executives.
