A leading Fashion Retailer are looking for an experienced Office/Administration Manager to be based in their Head Office in Dubai, UAE. With stores across the UAE, this growing group are looking for an organised and efficient individual to assist in the following;
- Oversee the day to day office operations incorporating both back/front office responsibilities to ensure the business runs smoothly
- Be the point of contact for all stores, branches and sister concerns in respect of compliance and legislation
- Carry out general office administration including management of contracts, leases, agreements, insurance etc.
- Maintain office documents, send client confirmations and raise invoices
- Manage business travel requirements including visas, accommodation and travel tickets.
- Develop and manage the existing Administration team
The ideal candidate for this role will be already based in the UAE and have the following qualifications:
- Degree level education
- 3-5 years experience with 2 years in a similar role (experience within a retail company is desirable)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and fluent in written/spoken English, verbal Arabic is desirable
