One of the most dynamic hospitality group in the Middle East is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join their high-performing team in Dubai. As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be taking over the following responsibilities:
- Work on targeting new markets and untapped business
- Assist in developing the business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Work on achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
- Provide direction and support to the department team members
- Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market
- Achieve and exceed the budgeted goals as allocated in the business plan
- Create and develop innovative sales techniques
- Participate in trade shows, convention and promotional events within the industry and customer organizations
- Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities
To qualify for this position, you must have a:
- Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related disciplines
- Strong sales, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- A minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong people management skills
