A well-established multinational retail business is currently looking to hire an experienced and talented Customer Service Team Leader who will handle Voice and Non-Voice account. This fantastic role will be based in Dubai, UAE.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Running and managing the call centre daily
- Ensuring that set targets are always met with a high quality of customer service
- Working with the workforce team to schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members to ensure that customers are never left unattended to
- Monitoring all calls to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
- Training session for all agents and participate in recruitment of agents
- Conducting regular review of all call centre agents' performance and organize training sessions for under performers
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years Customer Service experience required.
- Bilingual (English/Arabic) is a must.
- Strong Leadership qualities required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication, with ability to clearly and professionally communicate with others.
- Excellent listening skills that allow effective problem solving.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Email, Word and Excel.
