As an ECOMMERCE - Head of Loyalty, Retention & Promotions you will be responsible with:
- Defining and implementing a Digital Retention and Email Marketing strategy, CRM and Insights program, Online specific promotional campaign management and providing analytics data for the eCommerce Division across all the company's Retail transactional websites in both the GCC and SEA regions.
- You will work closely with the Heads of Online for the various retail brands, Design & Content team within eCommerce and Marketing, Retail Operations, IT and Brand teams within the company's Retail Division.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Minimum 5+ years Retention & CRM Online Marketing experience at a senior role preferably in a multi-channel or pure play retail environment.
- Planning, implementing and optimizing Retention and CRM strategies and campaigns to achieve ambitious financial targets.
- Managing multiple online campaigns at one time. Excellent knowledge of Online Marketing and Campaign management/Analytics tools (Adobe Omniture, CoreMetrics, Google Analytics etc.)
