A market-leading Business Services company that is rapidly expanding into the consumer market is looking for an experienced eCRM Manager. The company is in a strong phase of growth and you will be responsible for leading and developing their email marketing strategy and social media campaigns.

- Creating and implementing email marketing strategy to drive conversion and develop customers
- Managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimisation
- Championing continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities
- Working collaboratively with all relevant departments
- Presenting results and performance to the senior management team
- You must also have strong project management experience with knowledge of best practices for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic contact, and testing methodologies.
