Iron out pre-opening hurdles and build the recipe for continued success.

Executive Chef will be responsible for:
Oversee the operational management of the kitchen.
Manage department operations - budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and waste management
Training of the team
Innovative menus that meet and exceed customers' needs
Consistent production of high quality food
Build positive customer relations - proactive interaction with Guests, Team Members and suppliers
Resolve, any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas
Relevant experience as an Executive Chef at a luxury property
Outstanding leadership skills
An innovative and creative approach to the production of high quality food
Business acumen to manage a hotel kitchen
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to build relationships, internal and external
Superb planning and organizational skills
Proficiency to multi-task and meet deadlines
GCC experience preferred.
Pre- Opening experience is an advantage.
Ability to communicate in Arabic will be beneficial.
