Leading retail and hospitality group currently in the market to appoint a facilities manager
As facilities manager your remit will include:
* Monitoring and updating active jobs logged on the helpdesk
* Approving quotations for works
* Working with field engineers to plan and schedule works throughout the UK
* Contract management of store FM services including AC, fire and cleaning services
* Maintain delivery of store FM services in line with specified contract defined SLA/KPI's
* Raising CAPEX orders
To be successful in the role you will ideally be coming from a facilities background with exposure in mixed-use schemes.
