A great opportunity has arisen with a leading retailer for an entry level HR administrator to gain some crucial experience within a fast paced dynamic environment. If you are a recent graduate, or interested in building a career within HR this could be the perfect opportunity to learn with industry experts.
As HR administrator you will predominantly oversee the clerical HR duties within the department. However, working closely with the Head of HR you will also get to assist in ER and people development projects to gain an insight into a career within personnel.
Whilst initially this is a contract position, there is a strong chance of becoming permanent, and allowing progression to gain more responsibility.
To be considered for this positon you must possess:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- A passion for HR, particularly employee relations
- Experience in retail would be an advantage
