We are looking for a Part-time Recruitment Trainer to work for a maximum of 4 hours per month (2x2 hour sessions) and train our Filipino staff on the following:
- Adapt & Quest systems training
- Resourcer Researching CV database, Linkedin, etc.
- Sales Training which includes phone etiquette, email standard templates, telephone role plays, and job advert drafting
- Past Recruitment consultancy experience
- Knowledge of Recruitment software would be advantageous
- Patient, confident, ability to deliver training in a fun and friendly manner to engage the staff
- Must have own visa/spouse sponsorship
