Job Description

This leading FMCG business based in the UAE is looking for a Head of Sales for its On-Trade channel in Oman. As On-Trade Sales Manager, you will be expected to: * Prepare the business for expansion in the market by developing internal systems as well as customer sales and service management * Improve distribution and brand performance * Maximise profit and increase market share * Ensure optimum utilisation of spend budgets while responding to competitor activity * Traina and develop the Sales team while managing your own time effectively * Work closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to continually review brand, sales and order fulfilment performance and develop improvement strategies * Create account plans for each customer to ensure business growth through marketing * Influence key stakeholders within the customer base * Commercially analyse and evaluate proposals for promotions / trade support to ensure leverage for business growth To be successful in this role, you will have: * An education to degree level or equivalent, preferably within Management * Substantial Sales experience * An in-depth understanding of the Sales function and the ability to convert brand plans into implementable Trade Marketing plans * Strong people management skills * Excellent commercial acumen and interpersonal skills and the ability to forge relationships As On-Trade Sales Manager, you will receive a generous salary and bonus as well as medical cover.
