Quest Search & Selection currently has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Supply Chain & Procurement Recruitment team to recruit for a range of roles with leading UK companies. Quest is a market-leading, preferred recruitment supplier to many of the UK’s largest and most successful FMCG and blue chip businesses. As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will be varied, but will rely on your ability to speak to the right people, understand exactly what they’re looking for and deliver on this with speed and accuracy. No two days are ever the same at Quest, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Utilising a variety of candidate sourcing methodologies to find suitable candidates - including search/headhunting, database and advertising campaigns * Writing engaging, strong copy to attract candidates of the right calibre and background * Handling advertising response, screening candidates and conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews on behalf of your clients * Arranging interviews and managing the offer negotiation process successfully * Developing new business relationships with target clients and maintaining Quest’s excellent reputation by delivering strong candidates to them ahead of competitors * Growing relationships with current clients - continuing to offer relevant, comprehensive value-added service and working to extend these relationships wherever possible This is an exciting opportunity to operate in a fast-paced, genuinely meritocratic and autonomous environment, where strong communication skills, tenacity and a commercial mindset will stand you in excellent stead. Ideally, you will bring with you potential contacts and knowledge of the Supply Chain, Procurement or Logistics sector and have had experience in a sales or target-focused office environment.
