Job Description

Due to ambitious growth plans, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a merchandise planner to join one of Asias largest retailers. This hugely successful and expanding company has an exciting new opportunity for an established merchandiser to join their team in Bangkok As the merchandise planner you will work closely with the buying and marketing teams to effectively monitor stock levels and ensure that product is available to stores timely and effectively. You will manage and trade your own departments therefore we are looking for commercial merchandisers that are analytical and can identify strengths and weakness within the current supply chain strategy. To be successful in this role the following qualities are essential: * You will need to have strong OTB experience. * Relevant replenishment skills. * Past experience in working with advanced merchandising programmes and Excel. * Strong written English and communication skills. * Ability to maximise sales within your department by delivering specific quantities of product to allocated stores within agreed timelines. * You will be targeted on turnaround, stock availability and sales performance for your category. * Ability to operate in fast paced environments with previous proven record in merchandising.
