Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of UKs leading international FMCG businesses. They are currently looking for a Customer Demand Planner to join their Logistics Department in Leeds. The key responsibilities of the Customer Demand Planner will include: * Work with other demand planners to develop and improve forecast bias and accuracy * Track daily sales and regularly update forecast * Represent the company during supply chain trade meetings * Identify and resolve gaps in stores product availability * Work with the supply chain and commercial team in producing a quarterly review of performance The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications: * Demand planning experience in a similar FMCG business * Proven experience in using SAP systems is an advantage * Strong influencing and negotiating skills * Excellent communication skills This is an important role which offers a very rewarding package that awaits the successful candidate that will thrive on these challenges.
