Job Description

My client is leading high street retailer going from strength-to-strength, they are currently looking to recruit a PLM System Coordinator to join the head office team. As PLM Systems Coordinator you must have excellent IT skills and an analytical approach, as well as a good understanding and ability to quickly learn new computer systems. To be successful in your application, you must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the retail product life cycle and have experience within a fashion retailer or a head office retail in a similar role. You must be an excellent communicator as a key element of this role will be initial and on-going training and assistance to various teams across the business. Key responsibilities will include: * Producing a comprehensive and coherent manual by department. * Training and guidance to all departments on PLM systems and processes. * Continuous maintenance and reviews of systems, completing and actioning updates where necessary. * Providing systems support to all users, acting as point of contact for any enquiries. * Working closely with the Project Manager and IT department. Reporting back any faults or technical issues.
