Job Description

This role plays an essential role in delivering the customer quality testing programme within one of the product assessment centres of this global grocery business. Constant product assessment is critical to ensure that the customer receives products of the highest standard every time they shop. To succeed in this role you must have an eye for detail and be passionate about delivering excellent product and service to the customer. Key responsibilities: * Organise the daily and weekly product assessment plans * Lead and facilitate product evaluation through customer panels in a retail setting * Lead, coach and develop your team of assessment assistants * Capture precise data from panel evaluations to ensure accurate reporting * Lead on ensuring safe and legal compliance within the working environment Required skills/qualifications/experience: * Experience of Customer Panel Testing * Basic Food Hygiene or equivalent * Strong communication skills, people skills and engagement * People leadership skills * Planning and organisation skills * Experience in a customer facing role where service has been key Some work may be conducted off-site so a full, clean driving license is essential.
