A well established retailer with operations all around the globe is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Regional Retail Manager to join their international team in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the overall country operations of the business
- Ensuring that all company policies and standards are adheres to in all business areas
- Conduct regular store visits
- Identify new business opportunities for the brands and developing them across the region
- Manage and motivate all area managers
- Maintain strong working relationships with key clients and logistics and supply chain.
To qualify for this role, you must be based in KSA at present, and have the following skills and experience:
- Similar experience and background in a fast paced retail environment (preferably multi-branded) within a senior management role
- Solid track record of setting and achieving KPI's and sales targets for large regional teams
- Strong network of suppliers and knowledge of logistics throughout KSA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent Arabic and English Speaker
