The Senior Customer Business Manager will be responsible for:
- Generating a 12-month plan to deliver volume sales targets and CAP targets
- Achieving the highest standards of execution both online and in stores
- Deliver compelling, well thought through and inspiring presentations
- Manage all areas of the Retailer-Company partnership
- Manage Annual Terms Negotiations
- Deliver a high quality of work and contributions to Overall Account team, whilst providing day to day guidance and development of direct reports
For this role you must have:
- Strong account management experience for a high profile brand
- Worked with high performing sales team and have led senior level negotiations
- Wide knowledge on the retail sector preferably as a supplier
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
