- Maintain quality performance of the restaurant
- Prepare dynamic menus
- Execute longstanding practices and methods for cutting, preparing and cooking food
- Supervise staff, recipes, menus and other food preparation
- Ensure health codes, safety and sanitation standards
- Check and examine inventories of equipment and uniforms
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English
- Has certifications or relevant to the professional qualifications
- Has excellent knife skills
- Exceptional knowledge in traditional and continental cuisines
- Has flair for new ideas
