Job Description

A Payroll Assistant is required to provide Payroll & HR support to a busy retail head office environment. This role has arisen due to the continuous growth of the HR team. The role covers generalist Payroll support for retail stores and head office. Your role will include: * Payroll records * Looking after time sheets * Administration * Gathering and analysing payroll data and preparing various payroll reports to be submitted to a Supervisor * Balancing or reconciling assigned payroll records * Resolving and adjusting discrepancies To be successful in this position you must have Payroll Assistant or Administrator experience preferably from a retail or office environment. You must be adaptable and flexible to work in an ever-changing environment where you will liaise closely with the HR & Retail Development teams!
