A fantastic, growing, privately owned company is looking for a Stock and Supply Chain Co-ordinator for their developing team. The company provides bespoke products from around the world to the foodservice sector and is continuing to develop their product portfolio to cater for their customer's needs. They invest in the right people and as a result the company is going from strength to strength.
In this role you will manage over 70 suppliers and over 500 skus, most of which have a short shelf life. Therefore, efficient stock control is essential as well as accurate forecasting and management of the whole end to end supply chain. You will liaise very closely with the suppliers and develop strong relationships with them to improve efficiencies and ways or working.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in stock control and supply chain management
- Have a good understanding of forecasting
- Be a confident communicator
- Be a fluent in Italian due to a large proportion of the supply base being in Italy
- Be looking to join a young, entrepreneurial business
- Be willing to travel
