The main accountabilities are to deliver on retail excellence through your engagement & leadership of your people, whilst still having a focus on compliance, legalities and high store standards.
This forward thinking business require Mangers to be the great brand ambassadors for the business to create a culture & team where they are proud to work for a successful & blue-chip retailer.
To be successful within this position, you must have extensive retail management experience, whether it is at a store or deputy management level from a fast-paced retail environment where people are the key to your business performance. It's not about your background but your leadership qualities and whether you consider yourself to be a hands-on manager who leads from the front. You must have experience of dealing with & monitoring Budgets, Wage Costings, Customer Service, Training & Succession Planning and producing high store standards.
