A market-leading B2B leasing company in a strong phase of growth, is looking for a pro-active B2B Tele-sales Executive to lead and develop their telemarketing and business development.
Due to an increased focus on securing new business in order to achieve aggressive sales targets, a vacancy has arisen for a bright and proactive individual to take ownership of the telemarketing function within the marketing team.
You must be results-driven and an excellent communicator, with strong telemarketing skills; able to deliver a tailored sales pitch and secure appointments. You must also have the ability work well under pressure, manage time efficiently and influence people with excellent questioning & listening skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calling prospective clients to set up new business appointments for the business development team
- Achieving monthly appointment targets
- Compiling weekly reports on telemarketing activity
- Supporting the B2B & B2C marketing function along with the Business Development Team
- Management of prospect data on company CRM system
- Management of external telemarketing agencies and ensuring quality appointments
The ideal candidate will have telemarketing & sales experience, with a conscientious, resilient and pro-active approach to their work. An understanding of contract hire & salary sacrifice products and services is also desirable.
