Our client is looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join their dynamic team based in UAE.
As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing brand policies to ensure the excellent visual presentation of the brands image
- Ensuring that brand image is reflected in the designing of new stores and the remodelling of existing ones
- Providing outstanding customer shopping experience and drive sales by developing easy-to-shop stores with layouts that adhere to brand policy
- Keeping updated with the latest visual merchandising trends as well as the competitors activities
- Managing the design and development of both permanent and promotional displays
- Managing the budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings
To qualify, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Degree and/or qualification in Arts, Design, Fashion or Textile Design, Interior Design
- At least 6 years of visual merchandising and design experience preferably in a Department Store setting
- Working knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator or other digital design software
- Team management experience
