New Look is relocating its Soho-based headquarters to a 67-acre estate in King‘s Cross.

The King‘s Cross Central Limited Partnership (KCCLP) has entered into an Agreement for Lease with New Look for approximately 123,000 sq ft over seven floors, as well as a dedicated reception area on the ground floor, within the mixed-use R7.

The building is adjacent to the landmark University of the Arts London site, and is due to practically complete in July 2018. In addition to office accommodation, the building features a double-height public space with a three-screen Everyman cinema as well d retail and restaurant space at the ground and mezzanine levels.

The clothing chain, owned by South African investment vehicle Brait, will relocate 800 of its employees to King‘s Cross to work alongside neighbours including Louis Vuitton, Universal Music, Google and Havas.
