Modern Slavery Policy

Modern slavery is a crime and a gross violation of fundamental human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking — all of which deprive individuals of their freedom for personal or commercial gain.

Retail Gazette Ltd, part of InBeat Media Group, has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to conducting our business ethically, transparently, and with integrity in all dealings and relationships. We continually assess and improve our systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

We expect the same high standards from all our suppliers, partners, and contractors. As part of our contracting and onboarding processes, we include clear prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, and against anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adult or child. We also expect our suppliers to apply these same standards to their own suppliers and partners.

This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Retail Gazette Ltd in any capacity — including employees, directors, officers, consultants, contractors, and business partners.

Responsibility for ensuring compliance with this policy rests with the board of directors, who are committed to ensuring that all staff and partners are aware of the issue and act in accordance with these principles.

We reinforce this zero-tolerance approach through ongoing communication with our suppliers, contractors, and business partners at the outset of our relationship and as appropriate thereafter.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Retail Gazette Ltd’s modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.
