Luxury home and wellbeing brand Rituals has continued its retail expansion across the UK and Ireland with the opening of new stores in Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh and at The Canopy Shopping Centre in Sligo.

The new stores, which opened in late October 2025, reflect Rituals’ ongoing strategy to grow its presence in high footfall leisure and retail destinations, offering customers immersive, experience-led environments that showcase its signature focus on mindfulness and wellbeing.

Rituals was named the Best Retailer Over £500m at the Retail Gazette Awards on 15 October, for its game-changing efforts in the retail industry

The Edinburgh store, which opened yesterday (29 October), marks the brand’s second location in the city, complementing its existing presence in St James Quarter.

Covering 285.4 sq m, the new Fort Kinnaird site invites shoppers to explore Rituals’ distinctive range of luxurious products designed to inspire moments of calm and self-care.

At The Canopy in Sligo, Rituals opened its doors to customers on Saturday (25 October), bringing its holistic retail experience to the west of Ireland. Both locations feature the brand’s signature storytelling approach, combining product discovery with sensory design and wellness-led experiences.

Annemarie Forsyth, managing director of Rituals Cosmetics (UK & Ireland), said: “We’re delighted to announce the opening of our new store at Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh, a vibrant shopping destination that brings together the best of this historic and cultural city.

“At Rituals, we’re committed to helping people discover moments of calm and connection in their everyday lives.”

And of the new Irish store, Forsyth said: “We can’t wait to welcome the Sligo community into our new space and share the Rituals experience with them.”

Both store openings were marked by special events and customer promotions.

In Sligo, visitors on 25 October enjoyed exclusive treats and surprises, while in Edinburgh, the Fort Kinnaird launch on 1 November will feature goodie bags for the first 50 customers, a complimentary mini reed diffuser with purchases over £45, and discounted foaming shower gels.
