Jewellery retailer Austen & Blake is reopening its Sheffield Meadowhall showroom following a major refurbishment, as the brand looks to enhance the in-store experience at one of its most popular locations.

The revamped store, located on the upper floor of Meadowhall Shopping Centre, will officially reopen to the public on Saturday 11 April, with the retailer offering exclusive savings on purchases made over the launch weekend.

Austen & Blake said the refreshed showroom has been redesigned to better showcase its collections and custom-made jewellery service, with customers able to work with in-store experts to create personalised pieces in a no-pressure environment.

The retailer’s made-to-order offer allows shoppers to tailor designs across a range of categories including engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, with options spanning precious metals, diamond size, clarity and colour. Natural and lab-created diamonds are available alongside a selection of coloured gemstones.

As part of the reopening weekend, Austen & Blake said the first customers through the door will also receive flowers and sweet treats.

Managing director Graham Broomfield said: “Sheffield is undoubtedly one of our most popular store locations and the refurbishment represents our commitment to continually elevating the in-store experience we offer our customers.

“This thoughtfully designed refurbishment has allowed us to reimagine the space with our customers in mind, bringing a fresh, contemporary feel while showcasing our collections in a more inspiring way.”
