M&G Real Estate, owner of Cwmbran shopping centre, has signed three new fashion retailers for its town centre scheme
Affordable branded footwear retailer tReds has signed for a 2,650 sq ft unit at 7 The Mall, alongside leading high street menswear retailer Blue Inc. has taken a 3,900 sq ft unit at 1 The Mall. Further up The Mall in unit 28, plus-size ladies fashion retailer Yours will occupy a 4,000 sq ft unit.
Both tReds and Yours have signed 10 year leases and Blue Inc. a five year lease. All will trade over two floors and join retailers including Jack & Jones and Topshop to further enhance The Mall area of Cwmbran as the town‘s fashion quarter.
