Joining a stellar lineup of incredible speakers from the likes of Co-op, Ocado, Arla Unilever and many more, senior leaders from the Very Group, TikTok and Iceland will take to the stage at an event that cannot be missed.
On 11 September 2025, the inaugural Retail Media Summit lands at the Mister Building in London’s Billingsgate, with a mission to spread essential knowledge on the powerhouse that is retail media.
Hosted collectively by Retail Gazette, Grocery Gazette and Marketing Beat, and backed by founding partners Capgemini, JCDecaux and Stratacache, it promises a day of sharp debate, bold predictions and future-facing solutions.
Rather than focussing on dull seminars and tired speeches, the summit has been crafted to spark ideas, test boundaries and shine a light on the opportunities (and pitfalls) that come with one of the retail industry’s fastest-growing frontiers.
Big voices, bigger questions
The speaker list reads like a who’s who of retail media. Iceland’s Adam Smith will share how he’s turning a traditional grocer into a serious retail media player. Jessica Myers of The Very Group will explore how creativity and data collide in retail’s digital future. Meanwhile, Co-op Media Network’s Laura Williamson is set to unpack what it takes to build one of the UK’s most talked-about RMNs.
They’ll be joined by heavyweights from Wella, Unilever, Ocado, Arla, Heineken and Trainline, alongside media giants like TikTok, ITV and JCDecaux. Add in consultancy firepower from Capgemini and tech pioneers like Stratacache, Moloko and LiveRamp, and you’ve got the perfect mix of perspectives, from supermarket shop floors to global boardrooms.
And this isn’t a line-up of passive speakers. The agenda is deliberately stacked with panel debates, clinics and fireside chats designed to truly address awkward questions and surface real, insightful, answers.

The Showcase Square: where ideas come alive
If the stage is where debates happen, the Showcase Square is where you’ll see ideas in action. This immersive exhibition zone is the beating heart of the event. Part networking hub, part live innovation lab. Think chrome, glass and glow, all designed to match the cutting-edge conversations happening across the day.
Here, hand-picked partners will demo the tools and tech shaping the next generation of retail media, from AI-powered targeting and measurement to creative formats that stop shoppers in their tracks.
