Cyber resilience is entering a new phase. The biggest risk is often no longer the attack itself, but its impact on services, data and trust.
New research from TalkTalk Business (surveying 500 IT decision-makers and 1,000 UK adults) puts numbers on that shift for retail, and the picture is uncomfortable.
99.2% of retail IT leaders have experienced at least one cyber incident in the last 24 months, and only 12.8% say they are very confident in their cyber defences.
