Eagle Eye appoints new CFO

Digital loyalty card provider Eagle Eye has appointed Lucy Sharman-Munday as chief financial officer and director.

Sharman-Munday has worked for accountancy firm KPMG and various consultancy‘s over a 14 year period.

In a statement, the company, previously known as Eagle Eye Solutions, said she brings relevant sector experience in technology and retail, together with knowledge of international growth and expansion. Under the company‘s share scheme, Sharman-Munday has been awarded 62,500 share options at an exercise price of 155p.

Former Tesco boss Sir Terry Leahy and former Hamley‘s chairman Simon Burke signed up as directors when the firm formed three years ago and has gone on to supply Greggs and Pets at Home with various payment apps and loyalty cards.

Commenting on the appointment, Phill Blundell, chief executive said: “On behalf of the Company, I am delighted to welcome Lucy to the Board. Her experience will be most valuable and we look forward to her input as Eagle Eye continues to grow.”
