Growing and developing great people into future retail leaders is a subject close to our hearts. To that end the British Retail Consortium is delighted to launch our inaugural Future Retail Leaders Lecture.

Ian Cheshire, Chairman, British Retail Consortium will chair the evening and Mark Price, Managing Director of Waitrose will take to the podium to provide our keynote speech. Mark will be complemented by Adrian Gilpin, Chair of the Institute of Human Development who will work with the audience to cultivate their development mind-sets.

The Lecture will inspire the new generation of our industry; encouraging these future leaders to realise their full potential and support their professional development within their businesses. The Lecture is designed for middle management who have the potential to develop into future director and C-level retailer leaders.

In addition to inspiring our future leaders, we also wish to challenge our more senior members‘ thinking regarding how they nurture this budding talent. There are huge growth opportunities available for companies that can identify, nurture and develop potential future leaders.
