Westfield today announced a new mobile app, My Westfield, which will offer customers a new personalised shopping mobile experience using new ‘Swoteâ„¢‘ technology.
The Facebook-esque experience, developed by nFluence, of swiping and voting – up for like, down for dislike can create a customer profile containing over 600 interests and 2,000 brand affinities that the shopper is interested in.
Westfield retailers such as Lacoste and Gerry Webber will offer discounts of up to 70% on selected items through the app with Debenhams, Nike, John Lewis and Hobbs also signing up.
Fashion look-books and video will also feature and shoppers‘ needs will be catered for and become more tailored each time it is activated.
