Forever 21 promotes menswear through social media expansion


American fashion retailer Forever 21 continues to expand its social presence by developing its social media accounts. The retailer launched a new Instagram page yesterday that is dedicated to its menswear collection.

The family owned, Los Angeles based business is the fifth largest speciality retailer in the United States and plans on becoming an $8bn company by 2017. With its growing global millennial demographic, the fast fashion retailer aims to remain relevant and constantly present on its social media accounts.

The new Instagram page will showcase the latest menswear collections and trends and highlight street style celebrities, with the aim to become the go-to destinations for updates from Forever 21 and men‘s fashion.

Linda Chang, VP of Merchandising said, “As Forever 21 Men continues to grow, we are thrilled to launch a dedicated digital platform that will allow us to connect and engage directly with our savvy and stylish male customer”.

Forever 21‘s original Instagram account has now surpassed six million followers and continues to assist the rapidly growing billion dollar company.
