River Island has pioneered an app dedicated to job seekers. The fashion retailer‘s new mobile career app ‘River Island Jobs‘ makes it easy for those interested in a career with River Island to keep up to date with new vacancies.
The app allows users to browse River Island‘s current openings using specific search criteria, or search jobs via the unique ‘Jobs by Store‘ map feature.
To simplify things even further, ‘River Island Jobs‘ uses push alert technology to notify job seekers of new positions that match their specific requirements as they are posted.
The app was launched at the beginning of 2015 and has already achieved over 5,000 downloads, sending over 13,000 job alerts per month.
Alongside a new career site launch, River Island is now promoting the app via its website and social media, and expects to see numbers increasing significantly over the next few months.
