Joules has parted ways with its chief commercial officer Kara Groves and chief customer officer Lysa Hardy.

Groves has been at Joules since 2011 while Hardy has been with the retailer since 2016.

According to Retail Week, Groves is being replaced by Penny Parry, currently European wholesale and license director, who will take up the new position of commercial and wholesale director.

However, there has been no confirmation yet as to who would replace Hardy.
