// Thomas Glaser will join office on July 15
The parent company of Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, Tapestry, has appointed Thomas Glaser as chief operations officer.
He will join office on July 15, and will report to Tapestry chief executive officer Victor Luis.
Glaser will be responsible for overseeing product development, manufacturing resources, distribution, logistics, replenishment, ecommerce fulfilment and IT.
He most recently was vice president at US fashion firm VF Corporation, which owns Vans, The North Face and Timberland.
