Resources

Frontline retail colleagues are under extreme pressure to deliver an increasingly personalised customer experience in a workplace where automation and tech-driven systems are being adopted at pace.

Logile recently sponsored a report that surveyed 530 UK store colleagues to learn how equipped they feel in 2023 to support today’s operational and workforce needs.

Highlights from the report:

  • Nearly half, 49%, do not feel loyal to their retail business and would consider leaving for the right role.
  • Only 55% feel they get enough advance warning to plan properly when asked to conduct new daily tasks.
  • While 64% feel they have flexibility in their roles and control over their hours, flexible working remains a growing consideration.

Read the report to gain more store staff insights and uncover digital transformation opportunities that will empower your workforce for success and drive customer experience excellence.
