The Perfume Shop launches fragrance refill station with L’Oréal

The Perfume Shop has launched the UK’s first multi-brand fragrance refill station in collaboration with L’Oréal.

The station, introduced in the retailer’s Nottingham store, has been created to help meet shopper demand for more environmentally-friendly perfume options, according to the business.

The refill station sells fragrances including YSL, Prada, Lancôme, Armani and Mugler.

According to the retailer, it has been designed to fit within The Perfume Shop’s store look and feel, and is made from sustainable.

All size bottles from 30ml upwards can be refilled at the station, with shoppers saving 29% on average when choosing refillable options.

The Perfume Shop managing director Gill Smith said: “Sustainability for The Perfume Shop is so important to us as a business and we know that fragrance is leading innovation in the market for refillable prestige beauty products, so this couldn’t come at a better time for our loyal customers”.

The move comes as refillable fragrances grow by 23% compared to 9% for non-refillables.
